Town of Canton Planning & Zoning/Favarh Campus Expansion
A. A new 7,500 sq. ft. building at 100 Commerce Drive for a new Day Program and Transportation Office.
B. Renovations to the existing 12,500 sq. ft. building at 150 Commerce Drive which will include a training and production kitchen, recreation space, and high school transition classrooms, meeting space, and offices.
C. Improved safety and area beautification with new walkways, landscaping, and lighting that connects 100, 150, and our existing building at 225 Commerce Drive.
These changes are not only exciting they are critical to our continued success!
I NEED YOUR HELP
1. Please attend the P&Z Hearing on Wednesday, July 19th at 7:30 PM at the Library Community Center, 40 Dyer Avenue, Canton, CT. We lost a key vote at a Town Meeting on June 7th because we were caught off guard and were outnumbered.
2. If you can’t make the meeting, please email Town Planner Neil Pade at firstname.lastname@example.org and simply say who you are, where you live (it doesn’t have to be Canton), and that you support the Favarh P&Z application for the Commerce Drive campus expansion.
