Our nutrition programs help participants integrate healthy food choices and meal preparation into their lives, offering culinary instruction, healthy meals programs, gardening, workshops on health topics and health screenings.
Our Unified Culinary Arts Program includes classroom cooking and farm to table initiatives to help participants develop basic cooking skills using fresh, wholesome ingredients absorb nutrition fundamentals and portion control strategies, develop an adventurous nature about trying new foods, develop confidence in meal preparation and planning, maximize their spending food and experience the pleasure of sharing a meal with friends and family.
Our membership in Slow Food USA reinforces the importance of food choices that are "Good, Clean, Fair, For All."
