A Place Of My Own
For many people living with developmental disabilities, independence means living successfully in the community. Favarh offers two independent, community-based residential opportunities, Group Homes and Supported Housing.
GROUP HOMES Favarh's group homes are fully staffed, 24 hours a day, providing support to people with a higher level of need. Staff supervise activities of daily living and engage residents in social, recreational and community-based activities.
SUPPORTIVE HOUSING Favarh's supportive housing apartment living give tenants with intellectual and developmental disabilities increased independence and autonomy in an integrated and safe environment.
IN-HOME SUPPORTS People who are not quite ready for independent living can participate in our In-Home Supports program, in which they receive independent skills training from Favarh staff in the comfort of their own home as well as in the community.
